Water Aerobics – Mondays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Water Aerobics is an excellent way to a fit and healthy body!  Join us for a strong cardiovascular, conditioning workout with emphasis on flexibility and toning.  Class is in shallow water.  Non-swimmers are welcome. Instructor: Gabby Lopez

10 weeks – no class Feb 20 (Pres Day) or March 27 (Spring Break)
Makeup dates, if needed: May 8, 15

Adult Swim Lessons – Wednesdays, 6:45 – 7:30 pm (dates to be determined)

Learning how to swim or making swimming your daily workout is a great way to have an active and healthy lifestyle. In this class, beginners will learn the fundamentals while intermediate swimmers will improve their breathing and stroke technique.  Front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke and basic safety skills are covered.  Our adult swim lessons are taught by experienced instructors and are tailored to your abilities.  Classes are kept small to ensure individualized instruction.
