Fitness Classes

Yoga (A) – Mondays, 6:15 – 7:30 pm
Yoga (B) – Wednesday, 6:15 – 7:30 pm

Unwind, breathe, relax – connect the body and mind through yoga postures.  Learn to breathe deeply, gently stretch your tight muscles, and improve your flexibility and circulation.  Let go of the activities of the day by taking this time out for yourself.  For all levels from beginner to advanced. Mat Pilates – Mondays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Looking to strengthen your core muscles while having a fun workout?  Pilates is a great way to combine strengthening and flexibility in one session. Pilates is a series of movements combined with breath work designed to strengthen the body’s core.  You’ll enhance the mind-body connection and improve your posture during this all over body workout.  All levels welcome.

Zumba – Wednesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Zumba is a Latin-inspired fitness program with dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. You don’t need to know anything about dance or fitness to take a Zumba class!  Just show up and have a good time while getting fit! Instructor: Dani Ford (East Gym)

Water Aerobics – Mondays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Water Aerobics is an excellent way to a fit and healthy body!  Join us for a strong cardiovascular, conditioning workout with emphasis on flexibility and toning.  Class is in shallow water.  Non-swimmers are welcome.
